(Family perpetual memberships include St Dymphna booklets and laminated prayer cards along with a beautiful black frame folder with an image of our St Dymphna statue and a personalized certificate with your Family's name and an image of St Mary's Church in the background). 

*IMMEDIATE family includes husband, wife and children OR mother, father and siblings whether living or deceased.
